H 2 O Overdrawn - A forum on water policy, law, science and technology.

This biennial conference featured a keynote address by Robert Abrams, a professor at Florida A&M University College of Law and one of the nation’s leading water law experts. The one-day event explored the water challenges facing Arkansas and how the state is addressing water quantity and quality issues through policy, law, science and technology. Presenters discussed a broad array of topics such as alternative practices for source water protection, advances in water quality analysis, successfully establishing an irrigation district and the affect of recent court rulings on wetlands jurisdictions.
